Information may be used to:

  • Operate and maintain the website.
  • Respond to questions, feedback, and contact requests.

Autism at Work does not use contact-form information to make automated employment, medical, credit, insurance, or legal decisions.

4. Contact-form information

When you submit the contact form, the information you provide is used to review and respond to your message, address a reported problem, consider a suggestion, or evaluate a proposed collaboration or professional opportunity.

Contact-form submissions may be processed through WordPress, Elementor, the website’s hosting provider, email-delivery services, spam-prevention services, and security systems.

Do not submit highly sensitive information. Please do not send medical records, Social Security numbers, financial account information, passwords, government identification documents, confidential employment records, or information about another person without authorization.

5. Google Analytics and Site Kit

Autism at Work uses, or may use, Google Analytics to understand general website traffic and visitor interaction. Google Analytics may process information such as pages viewed, session activity, approximate geographic location, referral source, device category, browser information, and interactions with the website.

Site Kit by Google is installed as a WordPress administration tool. Site Kit connects website administrators with services such as Google Analytics and Google Search Console and displays reports within the WordPress dashboard.

Autism at Work does not intentionally send names, email addresses, form-message contents, medical information, or other directly identifying contact-form information to Google Analytics.

Google may process information under its own terms and privacy policies. Analytics settings, consent controls, and retention options may be adjusted as the website develops.

6. Microsoft Clarity

Autism at Work may use Microsoft Clarity to better understand how visitors interact with website pages. Clarity may generate heatmaps, interaction reports, and session-replay information based on actions such as clicks, scrolling, navigation, and page rendering.

Clarity may use cookies or similar technologies and may associate interaction information with a pseudonymous identifier. Where required, Clarity cookies should only be activated after the visitor provides the appropriate consent.

Form fields and content that could contain personal information should be masked or excluded from recording. Autism at Work does not intend to use Clarity to capture passwords, private messages, medical information, or the contents of contact-form fields.

This section applies when Microsoft Clarity is active on the website. If Clarity is not installed or is disabled, it does not collect information through this website.

7. Google Search Console

Google Search Console is used to understand how the website appears in Google Search, including search queries, impressions, clicks, indexing status, page performance, and technical issues.

Search Console primarily provides aggregated website and search performance information to verified site owners. It is not used by Autism at Work to identify individual visitors or to read the contents of contact-form submissions.

8. Hosting, security, and Cloudflare

The website uses hosting, content-delivery, firewall, and security services to make pages available and protect the website from malicious traffic, spam, attacks, and unauthorized access.

Cloudflare and other infrastructure providers may process IP addresses, request headers, browser and device information, timestamps, requested URLs, bot-detection information, and security events when visitors connect to the website.

This technical processing is used for website delivery, caching, performance, traffic management, security monitoring, and abuse prevention.

Where applicable law requires consent for analytics or behavioral-measurement cookies, those technologies should be withheld until the visitor provides the required consent.
